Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay has introduced “Christmas Joy Afternoon Tea,” an afternoon tea featuring the color pink, which will be served at the New York Lounge and other locations from December 1 (Thursday) to December 25 (Sunday), 2022, for a limited time only.
Christmas Afternoon Tea with Pink Sweets as the Main Feature
The “Christmas Joy Afternoon Tea” will feature a lineup of pink sweets, savories, and scones made with seasonal strawberries, ruby chocolate, and pistachios.
A total of six types of sweets are available, including a strawberry milk pudding layered with herb pudding and topped with fresh strawberries and gold leaf. The cute appearance of the sweets is also a point of interest, with the red hat of Santa Claus, reindeer, tree, and other Christmas motifs.
Each restaurant offers a different savory menu, with the New York Lounge and Hudson Lounge on the first floor offering a five-course savory menu with an elegant atmosphere, including a roast beef truffle potato salad. The 6th floor “Manhattan” offers original “Manhattan” savory dishes, including mini burgers made with aged meat.
There will also be two types of scones specially made by the hotel and different types of drinks for each restaurant.
Lunch menu also available
The first floor fine dining restaurant “La Provence” and the first floor Italian dining restaurant “Girion” will offer afternoon tea style desserts with a lunch menu as a set course.
