Grand Hyatt Tokyo has introduced “Christmas Market Afternoon Tea,” an afternoon tea for Christmas, which will be served at the all-day dining “French Kitchen” from December 1 (Thursday) to December 25 (Sunday), 2022.
Buffet-style “European Christmas Market”
For the first time in two and a half years, Grand Hyatt Tokyo is offering a buffet-style “Christmas Market Afternoon Tea. The theme of this afternoon tea is “European Christmas Market,” and guests can pick up a variety of Christmas sweets and savories as much as they like.
Six types of sweets that highlight the skills of our patissiers
Sweets include traditional Christmas confections representative of Germany, the home of Christmas markets, such as “Buche de Noel” and “Stollen” accented with mandarin oranges.
The lineup also includes “Fondant Chocolat” with its melting ganache, “Apple Pie” with its crispy pie crust filled with apples and walnuts, and a total of six other items that showcase the skills of patissiers who have won numerous international awards.
5 savories to enjoy European traditions
The savory menu includes five types of French home-style dishes such as “Quiche Lorraine” and “Tarte Flambée,” as well as “Nürnberger Sausage on a Whole-Wheat Bun with Sauerkraut” and “Nürnberger Sausage on a Whole-Wheat Bun with Sauerkraut. 5 kinds in all. Hot wine, which enhances the Christmas market atmosphere, will also be served.
