Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba presents a prix fixe lunch that lets you fully enjoy the flavors of autumn. You can enjoy the taste of seasonal fruits such as chestnuts, grapes, and pears at the “Autumn Harvest Festival & Adult Halloween Dessert Buffet,” along with a choice of appetizers, soups, and main dishes to suit your tastes.
Sweets using ingredients in season in autumn
The dessert buffet lineup includes “Marron Cake” and “Chestnut Mont Blanc” to savor chestnuts, a representative autumnal ingredient, and “Pear and Grape Cake” that lavishly uses fresh seasonal fruits. In addition, there is a lineup of autumnal sweets such as limited-time-only roll cakes with four different flavors: Anno sweet potato, kuromitsu soybean flour, apple, and chocolate.
Choice of appetizers, soups and main dishes to suit your taste
For the main dish, choose from a variety of eight different types, including “Fritte de la bonito with saffron risotto” to enjoy the harmony of crispy fried seasonal sea bream and risotto, and “Grilled bonito with ginger fond de veau sauce” for a perfect balance of richly flavored returning bonito and freshly flavored ginger. The menu also offers a choice of appetizers and soups. Also available are appetizers and soups such as the fragrant “Chestnut and Mushroom Pancakes with Smoked Cream” and the slightly sweet “Kabocha Potage”.
