The “Strawberry Sweets Buffet – Strawberry Parade with Chocolat” features a lineup of many sweets that lavishly use strawberries that are in season.
One dish of special sweets per person
The chef’s special sweets, one per person, are the highlight of the event. The “Jasmine and White Chocolate Strawberry Parfait” is a refreshing jasmine tea jelly layered with strawberries, whipped cream, and Belgian white chocolate mousse, topped with a generous amount of chocolate. The set also includes “Napoleon Pie,” which is custard cream and strawberries sandwiched in a savory, caramelized pie.
All-you-can-eat strawberry sweets of 14 kinds
The buffet table, which offers a total of 14 kinds of strawberry sweets, is also noteworthy. The all-you-can-eat buffet includes a rich variety of hotel specialties such as “Strawberry Drip Cake” with melt-in-your-mouth strawberry mousse, “Chocolat Pudding” with sweet and sour strawberries and slightly bitter caramel sauce, and “Strawberry An Butter Sandwich” with a hint of saltiness.
