Hilton Tokyo is now offering “Aromatic Harvest Meat Afternoon” from September 21 (Wed) to December 16 (Fri), 2022 at the Metropolitan Grill on the 2nd floor.
Afternoon tea to enjoy “meat”
As the name suggests, “Aromatic Harvest Meat Afternoon” is an afternoon tea featuring meat. A total of four types of meat dishes, including beef, pork, and chicken, are on the menu.
The main meat plate features “Duck Beetroot Bonbons,” cubes of duck oil confit that look like mirror cakes. The Smoked Pepper Chicken Lollipop is an aromatic dish of chicken seasoned with three kinds of peppers and smoked over apple cherry wood.
Side dishes include the Signature Sliders, a mini-sized version of the popular burger, and Truffle Mashed Potatoes, a perfect accompaniment to the meat.
After the meal, customers can enjoy four popular sweets, including “sweet potato” made in the style of crème brûlée, along with coffee, tea, and other drinks.
