Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay has introduced a Halloween Sweets Collection, available at The Shop N.Y. Lounge Boutique from September 1, 2022 (Thursday) to October 31, 2022 (Monday).

Jack-o’-lantern mousse cake
The “Halloween Sweets Collection” features ghost chocolate and Jack-o’-Lantern petit gâteau for the Halloween season.
The “Jack-o’-Lantern Pumpkin Mousse,” a petit gâteau with a Jack-o’-Lantern motif, combines pumpkin mousse with milk chocolate ganache to create a richly flavored cake. Almond flavor is added as an accent. The petit gâteau is covered with a crunchy chocolate layer underneath, providing a different texture from the soft mousse.
“Ghost” chocolates
The “Ghost Halloween Chocolate” comes in three varieties: Ghost, Mummy, and Witch. The milk chocolate base is covered with almond crunch and topped with a cute and scary ghost made of white chocolate. The ghosts are also covered with almond crunch to create a sense of surprise.
The “Ghost Halloween Chocolate” will be on sale for one month only, from Saturday, October 1 to Monday, October 31.
