Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay’s 2022 Christmas Cakes & Sweets will include four cakes, one Stollen, and a special cake with limited quantities.
Special cake with Santa and reindeer on it
Of particular note is the “Special Noel Set,” a limited-quantity special cake topped with a delicately crafted chocolate Santa Claus and his reindeer. Inside the sleigh is a shortcake made of a light sponge with a pleasantly light texture and a generous amount of large strawberries. It measures 45 cm (L) x 63 cm (W) x 35 cm (H), making it perfect for sharing with a large group.
Bright red mousse cake
Rouge Noel” is a bright red mousse cake. Based on strawberry mousse, it is finished with lime cream and strawberry gelée. The center of the mousse is decorated with white chocolate that resembles snowflakes. The sourness of the lime and the moderate sweetness of the strawberries are perfectly matched in this dish.
Mousse cake with glossy chocolate coating
“Lumiere” is a mousse cake with its entire surface coated in rich chocolate. A layer of glossy chocolate is placed on top of the caramel mousse with nuts. The harmony of the sweetness of the rich chocolate and the bitterness of the caramel mousse can be enjoyed.
Stollen and white roll cake are also available.
In addition, the company will offer Stollen, a traditional European baked good filled with dried fruits and almonds, Noel Ange, a white roll cake with cream with cream cheese wrapped in sponge, and Christmas shortcakes in different sizes.
