Pau Hana Summer Terrace, a summer-only meal and drink plan in collaboration with sister hotel Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach in Hawaii. Enjoy tropical Hawaiian course meals and drinks at the open terrace on the 3rd floor of Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo.

Tropical Cuisine Course, Poke Salad & Spare Ribs

The meal started with “Tuna and Avocado Poke Salad. This is followed by “Spare Ribs” with a crispy texture, “Grilled Pineapple” with a spicy finish, “Garlic Shrimp” with butter and garlic, and more.

For dessert, there will be haupia, a traditional Hawaiian pastry made with mild coconut milk, and an assortment of tropical fruits such as pineapple, mango, and dragon fruit.

Tuna and Avocado Poke Salad
