Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel has introduced a new sweet using Japanese ingredients. It is available at the 2nd floor cafe “Tostina” from January 1, 2023 (Sunday, holiday) to January 31, 2023 (Tuesday).

The new sweets are highlighted by the bright green color of the “Matcha and Kumquat Mousse”. The tart with rich matcha damande is topped with kumquat mousse and matcha terrine. It is decorated with chestnut cream with white bean paste, kumquat-dusted black soybeans, and kumquat to create a gorgeous visual effect perfect for the New Year.

Cake with hojicha & brown sugar match
The “Hojicha and Brown Sugar Gateau” is a dish that allows you to enjoy the harmony of aromatic hojicha tea and gently sweet brown sugar. The crispy dough is layered with hojicha mousse, brown sugar brûlée, etc., and filled with hojicha chocolate cream.

“Mandarin orange verrine” – “all about mandarin oranges”
Also available will be a refreshing tangerine verrine. The glass is filled with mikan jelly, vanilla panna cotta, and other ingredients, and topped with fresh mikan and mikan sauce, which can be poured on top if desired. It is a “mikan-full” sweet treat.
