The “Café 1894 Special Autumn Afternoon Tea” menu will feature a lineup of sumptuous autumnal delicacies such as grapes, sweet potatoes, and pumpkins.
Of particular note is the Mont Blanc served on a separate plate. The top is topped with chestnuts and gold dust, while a generous amount of rich cream is squeezed over the top, creating a gorgeous appearance.
Meanwhile, the stand will feature sweet potato soufflé with a moist texture, verrine decorated with juicy grapes and muscat, pumpkin pound cake, and other sweets. Four types of savory dishes will be available, including sandwiches with smoked salmon and cream cheese. In addition, Mitsubishi Ichigokan Museum special drinks and almond lattes will also be available.
