The new restaurant “T” will be produced by chef Yuhkai Hattori, who has been operating restaurants specializing in chicken and beef dishes in Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya, including “U.kai” in Kitashinchi, Osaka, a popular restaurant with a “one-year waiting list” for reservations. This time, as the culmination of his efforts, he is opening a restaurant featuring the “world’s only” Omi beef T-bone steak.
The restaurant uses a custom charcoal grill designed for grilling large T-bones to ensure that the meat is grilled to its best flavor. During the grilling process, the fat from the meat falls onto the charcoal, creating a smoky effect that enhances the flavor of the meat with the right amount of charcoal aroma.

Of course, in addition to T-bone steaks, a wide variety of juicy meat dishes are available. Carpaccio of quickly seared Omi beef loin with caviar and Parmigiano, Yukke with truffle and mascarpone, and hearty sandwiches are also available.
