Palace Hotel Tokyo is now selling “Halloween Sweets & Breads” at the B1F Pastry Shop Sweets & Deli from October 1 (Sat) to October 31 (Mon), 2022. Why not buy some for your evening meal or snack?
“Jack-o’-lantern” style pumpkin pie and pumpkin pudding
Halloween sweets and breads are now available for Halloween. The pumpkin pie, which is designed to resemble a jack-o’-lantern, is a crispy, buttery pie crust topped with pumpkin paste, giving it a flavorful autumnal taste.
The roll cake, filled with pumpkin custard cream and fresh cream made with wasanbon sugar, is decorated with an adorable obake (ghost). Chocolat Cassis,” which offers the rich harmony of blackcurrant-flavored mousse chocolate and vanilla mousse, and “Pumpkin Verrine,” a smooth pumpkin pudding accented with caramelized pumpkin and coconut jelly, are also available.
Icing cookies with Halloween motifs and “ghost” focaccia are also available.
In addition, there will be a set of three kinds of icing cookies with pop Halloween motifs inspired by bats, pumpkins, and spider webs; “Pumpkin Roll,” a fluffy bread wrapped in pumpkin cream; and “Halloween Fougasse,” an olive oil-scented focaccia with a ghost motif; and other sweets and breads that will enhance the Halloween spirit.
