Sweets with coral & seashell motifs

The lineup includes grapefruit-flavored ocean jelly decorated with meringue coral, lemon-flavored macaroons that look like pearl oysters, coconut mousse, and galettes that resemble seashells, all decorated with ocean motifs such as coral and shells. The cool colors of bright ocean blue and white are also perfect for summer.

In addition to sweets, savory items such as smoked salmon sandwiches on croissants and two types of scones will be available. Drinks will include all-you-can-drink tea, Mariage Frères herbal tea, coffee, and soft drinks.

Afternoon tea sets are also available for to-go.
