Afternoon tea expressing Halloween
The “Horned Halloween Afternoon Tea” expresses the world of Halloween by incorporating slightly spooky motifs. The “Bat House: Gateau Chocolat” with walnut accents, “Grave: Chocolate Panna Cotta” layered with blackcurrant and blueberry jelly, chocolate panna cotta, and champagne jelly, and “Pear: Caramel and Pear Mousse” with black pear jelly, encasing caramel and pear mousse. Ghost: Caramel and Pear Mousse” and more.
The menu also features “autumn flavors. The “Jack-o’-Lantern: Pumpkin Mont Blanc” is a crispy pie crust filled with pumpkin custard cream. The scones are filled with pumpkin custard cream and served with persimmon and thyme jam.
Not only sweets, but also savory dishes with a great impact are available. The “Squid Ink Rice Burger with Shrimp and Avocado” uses “black” rice cooked with squid ink, and the “Purple Sweet Potato Panna Cotta with White Balsamic Sauce” uses pumpkin and purple sweet potatoes to create a contrasting yellow and purple color.
