A “surprise cake” with chocolate inside
The “Christmas Surprise Cake” is a lively looking cake that overflows with small colorful chocolate pieces when cut. The moist texture of the baumkuchen is filled with chocolate in the center cavity, and the top is sprinkled with Christmas decorations. The pink chocolate spilling over the surface is also fancy.
Chocolate mousse in “reindeer shape”
The “Noel Japanese Black Tea Chocolat” is a cute cake with a chocolate mousse with praline in the shape of a red-nosed reindeer.
