Under the concept of a “garden party,” the Tokyo Marriott Hotel offers a vegan afternoon tea using seasonal ingredients that change with the changing of the seasons. This fall, guests can enjoy autumnal sweets and savories made exclusively with plant-based ingredients such as nuts, soy milk, almond milk, and vegan butter.

The artistic afternoon tea stand, reminiscent of a tree standing tall and strong, is lined with a variety of sweets filled with the pastry chef’s playful spirit and autumnal delicacies. Parfaits and Mont Blancs in autumnal colors, soy milk cupcakes in the shape of marigolds, and rice-flour sablés that represent the leaves in the Gotenyama Garden in autumnal hues are just a few of the delights on the menu that will make you feel the autumn season not only in taste but also in appearance.
