The CHOYA Ginza BAR, which specializes in ume (plum) liquor cocktails, will offer a limited edition afternoon tea & high tea with ume (plum) liquor cocktail cream soda from July 1 (Fri) to September 30 (Fri), 2022.
Umeshu cocktail specialty restaurant “Umezukushi” all-you-can-drink plan
The CHOYA GINZA BAR, the first permanent bar for Choya Umeshu, specializes in Umeshu cocktails and Umeshu food based on The CHOYA.
The “Umezukuri Afternoon Tea & High Tea” course includes a 2-hour, 30-minute all-you-can-drink plum drink special at The Choya Ginza Bar, featuring more than 50 different kinds of plum drinks. The menu also includes a variety of ume-arranged food items, making it possible to enjoy a tea and high tea experience “all about ume.
Dessert cocktail inspired by the “summer sky” is included.
The new plan also includes a cocktail inspired by the “summer sky. The “fuzzy” white cloud, expressed with plums, yogurt, and lactic acid bacteria beverage, is combined with authentic plum wine “The Choya” and plum syrup.
You can choose between a night sky-inspired cocktail with butterfly peas and a sunset sky-inspired one with cranberries added. Both cocktails are available in two types: an alcoholic, intoxicating type and a non-alcoholic, non-intoxicating type.
The all-you-can-drink menu includes “Tasting Umeshu (plum wine) The CHOYA Flight of 5 kinds”, plum wine cocktails, plum squash that won’t get you drunk, and other drinks.
The set’s food items include ume potato salad that looks just like ice cream, roasted duck with ume dressing, and Spanish-style omelette with ume tartar sauce, all of which go well with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
