Jutsu Kaisen Café 2022″: Food and sweets inspired by popular characters
Jujutsu Kaisen” is a manga by Akutami Shimoji that has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since 2018, with a TV anime series airing from October 2020 and a movie “Jujutsu Kaisen 0 the Movie” to be released in December 2021. The second season of the TV anime will be broadcast in 2023.
Jujutsu Kaisen Café 2022, the third theme café for the “Jujutsu Kaisen” TV anime, has a “mint green” theme color. In a fresh and urban atmosphere, customers can enjoy food, drinks, and sweets with motifs of popular characters from “Jujutsu Kaisen.
Chicken over rice or “sophomore plate” by Yuji Itadori
The highlight of the food menu is the chicken over rice, which is inspired by the main character, Yuji Itadori, and the mouth of Shukunin that appears in his profile. It can be served with chili tomato sauce or bagna cauda flavor sauce. On the side, chorizo sausage with a finger motif and orange and carrot salad are served.
The “Second Grade Plate” combines eggs Benedict, inspired by the morning bread lover, Thorny Gumaki, protein-filled Vichyssoise soup inspired by Maki Zenin (禪院真希), and a muffin with a panda on it, all on one plate. The Eggs Benedict, like the Inumaki Toge (狗巻棘), can be served with a dash of Tabasco if desired.
Gojo Satoru’s pancakes and Fushiguro Megumi’s French toast
The sweets menu includes a lineup of pancakes inspired by Gojo Satoru’s imaginary formula “茈”. The pancakes are decorated with vanilla ice cream, berry sauce, whipped cream, blueberries, and raspberries. The silhouette of Gojo Satoru on the plate is also noteworthy.
Inspired by Megumi Fushiguro’s domain development “Chimera Shadow Garden,” the French toast has a striking “pitch black” visual impact. The French toast is sandwiched with orange, chocolate sauce, chocolate ice cream, and other ingredients.
Kugisaki Nobara (Wild Rose) drink
A colorful drink menu is also available to enjoy with the food and drinks. Choose from “Orange Rose Hip Tea Soda” by Nobara Kugisaki, topped with rose and raspberry, or “Coffee Mojito Soda” by Kento Nanami, where you can enjoy “changing the taste” by pouring espresso into the drink. You can also choose your favorite menu item from Kento Nanami’s Coffee Mojito Soda.
Mint-colored original goods are also available.
