This collaboration commemorates the 30th anniversary of the Shin-Yokohama Hotel and the 30th anniversary of the “Shinkansen Nozomi” train service. The “300 Series Shinkansen Nozomi Train Cake” is a special cake that is reminiscent of the “300 Series Shinkansen Nozomi” when it first started operation.
The train car part of the Shinkansen is delicately expressed in white chocolate. The train tracks are made of milk chocolate. The base of the Shinkansen is made of a generous shortcake with luxurious strawberries.
