Craft beers and frozen cocktails from Kamakura
The open-air location with a panoramic view of Yokohama offers fresh beer directly from Kamakura Beer, a pioneering brewery in the craft beer industry that was established in 1997. Three types of beer can be enjoyed free-flowing: an alto “Tsuki” with a well-balanced malt flavor, a pale ale “Hoshi” with a refreshing hop aroma), and a summer seasonal beer that is changed regularly.
In addition to beer, there will be a full lineup of approximately 20 types of drinks, including various cocktails that even women who don’t like beer can enjoy, frozen cocktails perfect for the hot summer, and champagne.
Food is buffet-style with authentic ethnic dishes.
Gourmet food that goes great with craft beer is served buffet-style, featuring authentic ethnic dishes with the four key elements of spiciness, sweetness, sourness, and saltiness. A variety of dishes are available to stimulate the appetite, including “Spicy Back Ribs” with various spices, authentic “Pad Thai” with a variety of ingredients, and “Fried Chili” ethnically prepared with chili powder and chili oil.
