Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu’s popular “Sweet Journey” buffet is held under the theme of seasonal fruits and ingredients. This year’s theme is “Shine Muscat,” and a variety of sweets using the lusciously sweet Shine Muscat will be served buffet-style.

The buffet table is decorated with a variety of sweets that catch the eye with the fresh green color of muscats. Visitors can enjoy a variety of menu items, such as shortcakes lavishly decorated with Cheyenne Muscat, classic tarts, fluffy roll cakes, and freshly made parfaits accented with the acidity of lemongrass jellies.
In addition, the hotel also offers gourmet dishes such as slow-baked roast beef and rich carbonara dressed with Parmigiano-Reggiano, making it a great choice for dinner as well.
