The “Fukuoka Strawberry “Amaou” Cake” is a cake made with large pieces of “Amaou” strawberries and a fromage blanc base. The cake is cut into large pieces and combined with a fromage blanc base so that you can enjoy the sweet and fresh strawberries to the fullest.
Fukuoka Strawberry “Amaou” Cake with Yame Matcha Cream
On the other hand, the “Fukuoka Strawberry ‘Amaou’ Cake with Yame Matcha Cream” is a cake that offers a harmony of sweet and sour “Amaou” and bittersweet matcha. The custard cream base is decorated with large ‘Amao’ strawberries and marron cream mixed with Yame matcha green tea.

There is also an “Amaou Milk” made with plenty of sweet and sour “Amaou” from Fukuoka Prefecture. The glass is decorated with an “Amaou” in the shape of a heart.
