Strawberry Shortcake Sandwich
As the name suggests, the Strawberry Shortcake Sandwich is an extravagant fruit sandwich inspired by strawberry shortcake. The sandwich is based on the store’s most popular bread, “LeBRESSO Bread,” and is stuffed with fresh strawberries, including strawberry jam, caramel crunch, and homemade whipped cream with mascarpone.
The combination of rich but not too sweet whipped cream and jam enhances the flavor of the juicy strawberries, and the crunchy crunch adds a fun texture.
