Sweets in collaboration with Pierre Hermé Paris
The Pierre Hermé Paris Afternoon Tea offers an array of sweets that give you a taste of the real Paris. One of the most noteworthy is the original macaroon “Macaron Chocolat au Cassis,” a cassis-flavored macaron created especially for this collaboration. The richness of the chocolatey flavour is perfectly matched with the tartness of the refreshing cassis, creating an aromatic harmony.
Other popular desserts from Pierre Hermé Paris include “Plaisir Choucrolet” with milk chocolate and hazelnuts, the “Emotion Hommage” glass dessert with seasonal pear and marron, and the “Choux Infiniman Vanille” with homemade vanilla-tasted mascarpone cream and crispy sablefish.
Enjoy afternoon tea at Pierre Hermé Paris while listening to live classical music in the lobby lounge, surrounded by a chic European-style interior. Spend a special time in an elegant setting with a sumptuous sweet treat.
Three types of original sweets available for take-out
The Ritz-Carlton gourmet shop on the first floor of the building will also offer three types of sweets during this period: “Ispahan,” one of Pierre Hermé Paris’ masterpieces, as well as “Opera à la Fasson” and “Sala”. It will be available from mid-September.
