IKEA × Virgil Abloh = MARKERAD
The paper bag that Virgil Abloh and IKEA collaborated is accented with the logo drawn in the center and the IKEA logo on the handle. Because it uses plastic reinforced paper, it seems to be strong even if you put a lot of things into it! Available in two sizes: square M (1490 yen) and landscape L (1990 yen). Both of them have a large capacity, so you can put souvenirs that couldn’t fit in your suitcase, or use them in your room interior after you return home! It looks simple but has an impact and is very cute.
By the way, yesterday, November 10th (Sun), paper bags were still in stock, but there were some items sold out, such as wall clocks.
Petit Trip
There is a daily shuttle bus from Umeda and Namba to IKEA, so you may want to go for a little trip. There is a vast shop called Tokyo Interior Furniture right next to IKEA. Not only big furniture but also small items and miscellaneous goods are sold here, so you may want to take a peek. The bus fees are 210 yen for adults and 110 yen for children.
