Cafe & Books Bibliotheque’s original “Marugoto Pancake” series of sweets made with popular ingredients. This time, from the Marugoto Pancake Series, comes Marugoto Pumpkin Pancakes made with the sweet taste of autumn, pumpkin.
The pancake batter is topped with a “whole pumpkin” filled with pumpkin pudding and ice cream. The rich and smooth pumpkin pudding is handcrafted in the store one by one, and the crispy, caramelized surface adds a caramel flavor and aroma. The bittersweetness of the burnt caramel enhances the gentle sweetness of the pumpkin.
