Hilton Osaka will be taking reservations for its 2020 Christmas cake from Sunday, November 15 to Tuesday, December 15, 2020.

The White Christmas Wreath Cake is a wreath-shaped cake decorated with sweet and sour berries in the shape of a flower. A creamy and refreshing rare cheese mousse base with a hibiscus jelly creeping inside.
Meanwhile, the new Chocolate Christmas Wreath Cake, also in the shape of a wreath, is made with dark chocolate mousse. It is finished with a savory caramel almond praline and a flavorful chocolate biscuit.

The Mont-Blanc Noel Tart is a big size Mont-Blanc based on the image of a “gift from an angel”. The almond tart dough is topped with a generous amount of marron cream and decorated in the shape of angel wings.

In addition, the Pistachio Buche de Noel is a cake with a pop-up design. The pistachio sponge and praline are lavishly filled with pistachios, and the yuzu cream adds a refreshing taste. A Hazelnut Buche de Noel, which combines hazelnut and coffee cream, will also be available.
