The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka’s Afternoon Tea offers an authentic menu in the atmosphere of an English aristocrat’s home. The Ritz-Carlton Osaka’s Afternoon Tea menu will focus on strawberries this time, with a limited time offer of an Afternoon Tea set that includes sweets and savories using strawberries in abundance.
Afternoon tea starts with a comparison of strawberry brands.
The first thing that appears on the table is a pure white jewelry box containing deep red strawberries that are as shiny as jewels. The strawberries inside were carefully selected from several brands of strawberries, two of which were recommended for that day, and you can enjoy the different flavors of each variety.
Sweets and savories with plenty of strawberries
The three-tiered tea stand, which is the main part of the afternoon tea, features the Strawberry Tart, a crunchy tart dough with strawberry diplomat cream and fresh strawberries, the Strawberry Macaron with strawberries and white chocolate ganache cream, and the Strawberry Chocolate Mint Cake, a pound dough dipped in mint syrup.
