Two flavors appear in the lineup of hamburger-like okonomiyaki, “Okonomi Source Bun” that overflows from the inside when you eat it. “Ika & Ikaten” is a mixture of “Ika (Squid)”, which is familiar as a Kansai-style okonomiyaki topping, and “Ikaten (squid wuth deep fried dough),” a classic topping with Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, in a dough.
“Cap Takoyaki”, an image of the Osaka specialty “Takoyaki”, is a new type of Takoyaki that can be eaten with a spoon, with the dough being finished fluffy with the “Yam”, and the taste of the hot spring soup stock containing squid powder improved.
