The Freshly Baked Custard Sweet Potato Apple Pie is a limited-time apple pie that was also released in 2019 to great reviews. It is baked with a smooth sweet potato paste made from “Beni Satsuma” from Kagoshima Prefecture, and then it is back with a more “sweet potato” feel.
The Freshly Baked Custard Apple Pie has 144 layers of crispy, fluffy pie crust, a generous amount of custard cream, and 2cm cubes of gooey apples, and the addition of sweet potato paste gives the pie an autumnal flavor.
