RINGO sells more than 6 million apple pies a year, with its signature product, the Freshly Baked Custard Apple Pie, featuring 144 layers of crispy pie crust, a generous amount of custard cream, and its signature apple filling. This time, the filling itself has been changed from apple to peach and joins the lineup as a seasonal product.
Custard with peach jam and juicy peach filling
The filling, which is the key to the taste, was balanced many times to preserve the fruitiness of the less heat-resistant peaches. To enjoy the juicy, gentle sweetness of the fresh white peaches, peach jam is also mixed into the custard cream that gently envelops this peach filling.
144 layers of crispy pie crust, topped with powdered sugar and pistachios for a finishing touch. The custard cream with peach jam made with Hokkaido milk and improved peach filling bring out the juicy peaches in this seasonal dish.
