The smooth, apple-scented chocolate ganache is combined with a special cream made with fresh mint for a refreshing taste that is perfect for summer. It also features a bittersweet cocoa-flavored tart dough underneath the chocolate ganache and a refreshing mint julep set at the top. The chic look that is typical of Qu’il fait bon is also a key point.
