At Hotel Hankyu International, “Matcha Fair” will be held from July 1st, 2019, with Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream at two restaurants. This project, which uses “Häagen-Dazs” that continues to be loved all over the world, is the third time this time. The pastry chefs and bartenders combine the various ingredients to express one taste with the popular flavor “Green Tea” born in Japan in 1996.
About Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream “Green Tea”
A Japanese-born flavor that appeared seven years after development. It is an original blend tea leaf mainly using tea leaves picked with only new shoots, with a moderate addition of bitterness and astringency. A cocktail made with layered Amazake of bittersweet and thick taste of matcha. The top is topped with Häagen-Dazs ice cream and roasted marshmallows. It is a drink that combines the rich taste of Amazake and ice cream with the bitterness of green tea and the refreshing smell of orange.
