Summer Dolce Citrus” is a luxurious buffet project that combines afternoon tea and a sweets buffet. The three-tier afternoon tea stand, buffet table, and table-served desserts offer a total of 23 different types of dishes to enjoy at one time.
Sweets & Savories with plenty of citrus fruits
Lined up on the afternoon tea stands and buffet tables are sweets and savories with sweet, sour and refreshing flavors using a wide variety of citrus fruits such as lemon, orange, yuzu, lime and grapefruit.
A variety of menu items that bring out the deliciousness of vitamin-rich citrus fruits are available, including the “Lemon/Jasmine Panna Cotta” made with sweet-flavored jasmine and lemon for a refreshing taste, the “Lemon Meringue Tart” with meringue topping on a tart filled with lemon and lime cream, and the “Lime/Pineapple Choux” with lime and pineapple cream and Diplomat cream sandwiched in puff pastry.

Among the many menu items, one of the most noteworthy is the Dolce Parfait Lemon, a table-served dessert that is brought to each guest, who can also enjoy the beautiful serving process. Starting from the bottom, orange marmalade, orange pulp, and lemon cream are layered, followed by hazelnut-flavored crumble and vanilla & grapefruit confit, topped with a generous dollop of crème chantilly. The final touch is a drizzle of dried orange zest, creating a refreshing dish that is all about citrus.
