BentoYa Cooking, a vegan Japanese cooking class for foreigners, has launched an online Japanese cooking class that can be taken around the world 24 hours a day and will be held daily from April 2020.
Vegan Japanese cooking class with no animal products.
Compared to animal products, the use of plant-based foods, such as dry goods, that can be stored for a longer period of time, doesn’t matter if you are restricted from going out or have difficulty shopping for fresh food. They also use fermented seasonings throughout the menu they serve, so it’s been noted as an immune-boosting meal.
