The Japanese tea stand “metcha matcha Yodoyabashi” is a Japanese tea stand that you can enjoy the original taste of Japanese tea such as homemade “Raw Tapioca” made with a unique blend of tapioca powder blended with Uji Matcha and Hojicha and the industry’s first! they were particular about “brown sugar bracken tapioca” and “shiratama tapioca” and was founded in the first year of Bunkyuu, using Japanese tea from “Kitakawa Hanbei Shoten”, a well-established tea wholesaler in Uji, Kyoto.
