Conrad Osaka will offer “Conrad Afternoon Tea with Swarovski” in collaboration with SWAROVSKI at the 40 Sky Bar & Lounge from November 1 (Tuesday) to December 25 (Sunday), 2022.
Sweets inspired by crystal & jewelry
Conrad Afternoon Tea with Swarovski” is inspired by sparkling crystals and sophisticated jewelry in colors of green, pink, yellow, blue, and white, and is perfect for the Christmas season. Colorful sweets and savories line up on Conrad Osaka’s original spiral staircase tea stand, which resembles a “ribbon floating in the sky.
The almond cake with passion fruit ganache is inspired by the “star,” one of the motifs of jewelry. The cake is bright yellow in color and decorated with kompeito (kompeito sugar).
There is also a new type of sweet with puff pastry encased in a soft marshmallow, madeleines decorated with bright pink lemonade flavor cream, and Madagascar vanilla panna cotta that reminds one of lustrous jewelry. The lineup includes a variety of elegant sweets that will make your heart skip a beat just looking at them.
And brightly colored savories.
The savory offerings are also spectacular, including crackers with matcha green tea, olive oil cream cheese, and salmon mousse, and an eye-catching truffle and parmigiana cheese tart in a fresh blue hue. The surface of the hot sandwiches is decorated with Swarovski’s iconic swan motif.
A total of 10 types of tea and 6 types of coffee, including the popular “Conrad Osaka Original Blend” and other teas from TWG Tea, are available for drinks. Visitors are sure to enjoy a luxurious tea time in a festive atmosphere.
Afternoon Tea with Conrad Bear & Swarovski Collaboration also available
The “Conrad Afternoon Tea with Swarovski” plan includes the Conrad Bear, a Swarovski crystal charm.
The tea can also be enjoyed at the “Take-out Afternoon Tea”, where sweets and savories are placed in a bag-like box, or at the “Conrad Stay with Swarovski” accommodation plan. In the “Conrad Stay with Swarovski” plan, “Conrad Afternoon Tea with Swarovski” can be enjoyed in the room where you are staying.
