Hotel Royal Classic Osaka will hold “Provence-Scented Winter Dinner & Dessert Buffet,” a buffet in collaboration with L’OCCITANE, from November 5, 2022 (Saturday) to January 9, 2023 (Monday, national holiday).
Buffet inspired by Provence, home of L’Occitane
The buffet in collaboration with L’Occitane features a variety of dishes and desserts inspired by Provence in the south of France, home of L’Occitane. Guests can enjoy as many colorful gourmet dishes as they like, using flowers and herbs.
Grilled pork with “tube” of special sauce
The highlight is the herb grilled Osaka pork “Naniwa Pork”. The pesto tapenade sauce, which is made from olives, anchovies, and capers and originated in Provence, is uniquely packaged in a tube that resembles L’Occitane’s “shea hand cream.
Quiche filled with bright vegetables
The menu will also include a quiche filled with bright vegetables reminiscent of the South of France, lush octopus carpaccio with herbs, short pasta with anchovy basil, and braised Matsusaka beef in Provence style, all of which will make you feel like you are traveling to the South of France.
A total of 22 types of sweets as many as you like.
After enjoying regional cuisine from the south of France, enjoy an elegant tea time with a wide variety of desserts. The buffet table features a total of 22 sweets, including orangettes, a traditional French pastry made of candied oranges wrapped in sweet chocolate, citrus jellies scented with fresh verbena, miniature marron tarts, rosemary cookies, and more.
