“Rotating Sushi Ginza Onodera Osaka” will open in Shinsaibashi, Osaka around October 2023.
Expanded into the Kansai region and opened “Katenzushi Ginza Onodera Osaka”
Based on the concept of “From Ginza to the world”, “Ginza Onodera” aims to introduce traditional Japanese cuisine such as sushi and tempura to the world. It has 13 stores in 5 regions around the world, and 3 of them have been awarded stars in the Michelin Guide.
Such “Ginza Onodera” has opened a new “Rotating Sushi” restaurant “Rotating Sushi Ginza Onodera Osaka Branch” in Shinsaibashi, a downtown area of Osaka. At the new store, a stage-shaped open kitchen and a large water tank are set up at the end of the central aisle to match the bustling atmosphere of Shinsaibashi. The interior incorporates motifs of rhythmic waves and sunsets as well as Nishijin textiles throughout, allowing you to enjoy first-class sushi in a luxurious atmosphere.
