“Life of Sakura” is an afternoon tea with a cherry blossom motif inspired by the beauty and fragility of Japanese cherry blossoms.
Above all, pay attention to the sweets lined up on the stand. It is an artistic sweet that expresses the life of cherry blossoms from the buds of cherry blossoms to the change of flower season. On top of a strawberry tart made with diplomat cream with cherry blossom leaves and vanilla, from “Sakura no Tsubomi”, which is shaped like a bud, to “Five minutes bloom”, a roll cake with a fluffy texture of cherry blossoms and cherry jelly, butter. It represents the cherry blossoms blooming gorgeously through “full bloom”, which is a crispy and fragrant choux pastry layered on a strawberry shortbread that uses plenty of.
