“Hydrangea and Matcha Parfait with Häagen-Dazs” is a Japanese-style parfait inspired by vivid “hydrangea”.
In the glass, Haagen-Dazs ice cream “Green Tea”, which is characterized by its rich umami and astringency, is used as a base, and shiratama, adzuki beans, colorful agar, fresh grapes, etc. are added luxuriously to create a “cream anmitsu”. It is finished with a taste that will let you down.
The top is decorated with two types of juicy grapes, squeezed with “Japanese-style Mont Blanc” using green tea and bean paste. It is also recommended to enjoy it while arranging it to your liking with the wasanbon sauce that comes with it.
