RINGO, a freshly baked custard apple pie specialty store, has introduced a limited time spring product, “Freshly Baked Custard Pie Mixed Berry,” which will be available from April 15, 2022 (Fri.) to May 31, 2022 (Tue.).

RINGO sells more than 6 million apple pies a year, centering on its “Baked Fresh Custard Apple Pie” featuring 144 layers of crispy pie crust, a generous amount of custard cream, and a lumpy filling. The “Baked Fresh Custard Pie Mixed Berry,” which joins the lineup for a limited time only, is an annual limited edition flavor that many RINGO fans eagerly await each year.
4 kinds of berries & plenty of custard cream
Instead of the apple preserves used in the signature “Freshly Baked Custard Apple Pie” and various flavored products, four types of berries (raspberry, redcurrant, blueberry and strawberry) are used in the filling instead. By combining this with a generous amount of custard cream, the custard envelopes the sweetness and tartness of the four berries, creating a gentle and easy-to-eat flavor.
Raspberry and apple pie muffins were also released at the same time.
Also on sale on the same day is the “Raspberry and Apple Pie Muffin,” which combines apple preserves with three types of berries: strawberry, raspberry, and redcurrant. The surface of this limited edition muffin is topped with crispy pie crust, raspberry jam, and powdered sugar, allowing customers to enjoy the sweet and sour taste of berries.
