Bite Butter Ice Cream is made with fermented butter made from raw milk produced in Hokkaido, and has a rich flavor as if you were biting into the butter itself. Since its release, the popular ice cream has become a hot topic on social media, and now it is being reintroduced as a limited edition flavor using Fukuoka’s brand of strawberries, “Amaou.
The rich flavor of the fermented butter from Hokkaido is retained, while the mellow sweetness and sourness of the “Amaou” are added to create a flavor with a perfect harmony of butter and strawberries.
