Amana by Mitate is a chocolate brand by the popular French restaurant “Arashiyama MITATE” that incorporates carefully selected ingredients such as Kyoto vegetables. The signature menu item is “Amana (Tenzuku AMANA),” a white chocolate made with various ingredients such as Kyoto’s finest matcha green tea, local sake, and fruits.
