“Fuju” is a Sukiya-style tea room lounge overlooking the historical Japanese garden “Sekisuien”. This time, the spring menu will appear in the tea set “Sekisuien Sweet Box” that you can enjoy while looking at the scenery of the garden.

The sweets include the “Matcha and Yuzu Moss Ball” that expresses the garden with a moist matcha dough cake and yuzu confiture, the fragrant “Yuzu Nerikiri”, and the “Chocolate Daifuku” wrapped in chocolate ganache. ” and other menus that add a French taste to Japanese sweets.
