Dessert & Lunch Buffet “Green Tea” in the season of fresh greenery
ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Osaka’s “Dessert & Lunch Buffet – Matcha Green Tea” will be held during the season of fresh green leaves, offering about 55 kinds of sweets and savories using plenty of matcha green tea. It can be enjoyed as lunch or afternoon tea.
The lineup of sweets includes roll cakes, opera, tiramisu, parfaits, petit cookie puffs, and puddings. Japanese sweets such as a melon with an impressive bright green color that links to matcha green tea and matcha warabimochi rice cake in monaka (a sweet made with green tea) are also noteworthy.
Matcha is also used in the savory offerings, which include vichyssoise and matcha mousse, colorful tomato and matcha potatoes, and matcha cream pasta. Beverages include TWC’s tea selection as well as a selection of soft drinks and flavored waters.
