ART HOTEL OSAKA BAY TOWER will be selling Christmas cakes for 2021 at SARAS PATISSERIE on the 2nd floor, accepting reservations from October 14 (Thu) to December 20 (Mon), 2021.
“Christmas cake “Eden” inspired by the “Forbidden Garden
There will be a total of four types of Christmas cakes for 2021. Eden,” a cake inspired by the beautiful and mysterious forbidden garden, will be available in two types: “Eden – Eve” and “Eden – Adam.
“Eden – Eve” is a gorgeous cake with delicate wall decorations made of French high-grade chocolate. Pistachio batter is layered with white chocolate mousse, raspberry jelly, fresh cream, and sponge to create a vibrant layered cake. The cake is topped with a generous amount of berries reminiscent of forbidden fruit.
On the other hand, “Eden – Adam” is a cake with a mature flavor, fragrant with liqueur and bitter chocolate. Delicately decorated with French fine chocolate and topped with lustrous berries, it is an enchanting dish. The cake is made of layers of fresh cream, chocolate sponge dough, kirsch cream, and chocolate mousse with cherries dipped in Cointreau.

In addition, there is also a lineup of “Sanctuary White” covered with fluffy whipped cream from raw milk produced in Hokkaido. The gothic rose-like decorations are sure to add to the festive mood of Christmas. The “Secret Black” chocolate cake with the image of the Holy Night will also be available.
