The barbecue cooking plan at the open terrace seat, which is held only in summer every year, will appear again in 2023. This time, we will offer a course of barbecue dishes that you can enjoy “resort feeling in southern France”.
Course menu of local cuisine from the South of France
The menu is full of volume based on the local cuisine of Southern France. First, start with an amuse peculiar to Provence, which is focaccia topped with anchovies. For the appetizers that follow, we prepare fragrant dishes using blended herbs that are familiar to southern France and liqueurs that are popular as an aperitif. In addition, the main dishes sw can enjoy spicy beef sirloin and “prochet” which is indispensable for barbecue.
In addition, we offer a free flow plan where you can enjoy champagne or sparkling wine, wine, cocktails, and beer, and a meal only plan. You can choose according to your taste and purpose.
