The rainy season hasn’t ended yet, but it’s already pretty hot! Café & Books Bibliotheque is holding a “Summer Parfait” fair called “Parfait, Won’t You Eat It? For three months from June 9 (Wed.), 2021, new parfaits featuring fruits will be released on a monthly basis.

From June 9 (Wed.) to July 6 (Tue.), the first installment of “Parfait, Won’t You Eat It? is an eight-layer parfait with strawberries as the main ingredient. The parfait is layered with fresh strawberries, mint-scented strawberry confiture, and cool strawberry sorbet, so you can enjoy a variety of strawberry flavors. The topping is a lemon jellied topping for a refreshing aftertaste.

From July 7 (Wed.), the second Blueberry & Muscat Parfait will be available. You can fully enjoy the refreshing sweetness and moderate sweet and sour taste of the ingredients themselves. For accent, spicy chai is added.

The third parfait, which will be available from August 4 (Wed.), is a tropical parfait consisting of mango and passion fruit. Ginger coconut is also added to give it a tropical taste. The vivid visuals are reminiscent of the shining sun.
