Cafe comme ca has introduced “Miyazaki Ripe Mango Cake,” which will be on sale for a limited time from May 12 (Thu) to June 8 (Wed), 2022.

Cafe CCafe comme ca’s “Miyazaki Prefecture ‘Fully Ripe Mango’ Cake” is a limited edition cake using plenty of “fully ripe mangoes” from Miyazaki Prefecture, which are in season. Mangoes are arranged like a bouquet of roses on a fromage blanc base. The rich sweetness, rich aroma, and smooth texture of “fully ripe mangoes” can be fully enjoyed.
Mango & strawberry shortcakes are also available.
The “Miyazaki Prefecture ‘Fully Ripe Mango’ Cake” will be released in conjunction with Cafe comme ca’s “Mango Fair. In addition to the “Mango Fair,” a shortcake combining mango and sweet and sour strawberries, “Mango and Strawberry Shortcake” will also be on sale.
